Our chemical only maintenance plan is designed for pool owners who prefer to handle the physical cleaning and monitoring of their systems while leaving the water chemistry to a professional.

 

This service includes:

  • Weekly water testing and chemical balancing 

  • Emptying skimmer basket and sweep bag

​

Please note: Chemical only service is best suited for pools that are already well maintained and regularly cleaned by the homeowner. Additional algae treatment services may be recommended if the pool condition requires it.

FILTER CLEANING SERVICE

Regular filter cleaning is essential for maintaining proper water circulation, filtration efficiency, and overall pool health. Dirty filters can reduce system performance, increase equipment strain, and negatively impact water clarity. 

Filter cleaning is recommended 2-4 times per year, depending on pool usage, environment, and debris level.
